Service
Pen‑Poem provides SMS delivery of short artistic content and related alerts (“Service”). By texting JOIN (or equivalent keyword) and confirming with YES you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have authority over the mobile number you provide.
Usage & Frequency
Recurring drops limited to ≤ 2 per week; on‑demand replies occur when you text POEM/MUSIC/ART. Standard message & data rates may apply.
User Conduct
Do not send abusive, illegal, or automated scripts to the number. We may terminate access for misuse.
Opt Out
Text STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to immediately cease messaging. You will receive a confirmation and no further content unless you re‑opt‑in.
Disclaimer
Content is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for delays, failures, or message loss caused by carriers or network issues.
Changes
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
